General Notes: Husband - S. S. Donaldson

He attended the common schools, and for a while Wilmington College. He resided in East Lackawannock Township, Mercer County, Pennsylvania, until 1855, when he moved to Jackson township. Here he bought 100 acres of land, and subsequently added to it, until he became the owner of a large property, as a result of strict economy and hard labor. He was for many years president of the Western Agricultural Association held at Mercer, and was one of the three school directors elected by the Republicans of Jackson Township in many years. He and his wife were members of the Presbyterian Church.

General Notes: Wife - Minerva Dunn

Born in Crawford County, Pennsylvania, when quite young she settled on Indian Run, in East Lackawannock Township, Mercer County, with her parents.
