General Notes: Husband - Samuel D. Hum


He first commenced clerking in the First National Bank at Greenville, Mercer County, Pennsylvania, then became clerk in the office of the Bessemer & Lake Erie Railway, where he remained about nine years. He was auditor for the Chicago & Northwestern Railway two and a half years at Boulder, Colorado. He came to Greenville, Pennsylvania, in 1900 as assistant secretary and treasurer of the Farmers and Merchants Trust Company, and is now secretary and treasurer. He was elected treasurer of the borough of Greenville in 1906.
