General Notes: Husband - Thompson A. McKinstry


He was a resident of Coolspring, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, where he was engaged in business as a farmer and general merchant, and also operated the McKinstry sawmill. He was an influential Democrat, and was active in religious work as a member of the Presbyterian Church at Coolspring. He was a trustee for many years, and helped in building the new church edifice.
