General Notes: Husband - William McKee

He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and from 1800 was reared in Westmoreland County, where he followed an agricultural life. He was well known all through Allegheny Township, which he served in local offices.
He and his wife were members of what was later known as the Apollo Presbyterian Church, in which he was an elder.

He and his wife were the parents of eight children, seven of whom grew to maturity.

He was born at Fair Hill, Pennsylvania; this place is thought to be included in Fairmont Park, Philadelphia. He owned and occupied a part of the old tract, where he followed the occupation of a farmer. His death was caused by an accidental fall at the age of about seventy-three. The death of his wife preceded his own many years.

He and his wife were the parents of seven children, three boys and four girls. Two of these were still living in November, 1907.
