General Notes: Husband - Daniel Welty


He was educated at the Greensburg, Pennsylvania, public schools and the Pennsylvania State College, from which he was graduated with the class of 1915. He then spent one year at Cornell University in Young Men's Christian Association work, and in July, 1916, sailed for India, where he was engaged in the work of this organization in the British camps. He came to be stationed at Rangoon, India, where he had full charge of the work.
