General Notes: Husband - James G. Marshall


He was a boat-man on the Pennsylvania Canal for a few years, and removed to Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, when his parents removed in 1847. Soon after his marriage he built a house on a farm which he had previously purchased and they removed to it. This was situated near Bryan, Pennsylvania. After his marriage, his chief occupation was farming. He was a thresher-man for a great many years. He died suddenly of heart disease.
